Bad customer Service

I had a really bad experience with a lady named Farrah, that works there, I was on the phone and her attitude sucked, I could hear what appeared to be a cell phone ringing several times on the phone, as if she was texting someone. I wouldnt advise anyone to associate with this company if this is the trash the hire.
